Interior window shutters were originally designed as an external window shutter mainly in hotter climates. Shutters are now used internally because they offer versatility in light, ventilation and privacy which is simply not possible with curtains or blinds.
Our shutters, with adjustable louvres, can be designed in many different styles and come in a large range of louvre sizes and colours. Shutters also come in different materials and price options; the quality of our lowest price Fleming shutter is actually as good as the Premium Hemingway Range. The Fleming Shutters range
This is a very strong product and easy to keep clean. Constructed from an LVL core, LDF outer body and polymer coated. Whist being our most cost effective choice; it also has a very contemporary look.
THE TRUMAN SHUTTERS RANGE
Although this is a hardwood, it is also very light in weight allowing design for quite wide openings without having to resort to a top tracking system. This also enables us to confidently use the Truman range for large (tier-on-tier) installations where weight would definitely preclude the use of Fleming or similar weight hardwood shutter panels.
The Duval Shutters range
Made from basswood, this is a high quality hardwood range with an engineered core to prevent any possibility of warping. We offer this range in a variety of stained and painted finishes.
The Hemingway Shutters range
We can only offer the Red Cedar in its natural condition as staining it would ruin the shear beauty of this particular wood. Both natural and medium natural are the two shades of the Red Cedar, which do offer a stunning impression. This is mostly used in loft style apartments, barn conversions and really anywhere where you need to achieve a very natural look.
The Solid Shutters range
Our solid shutters are popular in both modern and traditional style homes. Designed with a near total blackout, they can also create a much more secure look giving you a better sense of security in your home.

As solid raised shutters but with top louvres, very suitable for sliding partitions and French windows with solid bases.
Solid raised:
Solid raised panels shutters with a raised inset moulding.
Solid shaker:
Solid centre panel shutters without inset moulding.
